Original Home : New covered patio is planned on the left side.  Also to remove deck at front door.

The "Vision" The homeowners originally had the idea of a flat slanted roof over the patio area.  We did that rendering for them, but also suggested this second one with the gable roof line similar to the rest of the house.    The stone on the base of the pillars matches some stone the homeowners have left over from their fireplace on the back of the house. They also can now see how their idea of removing the front door deck would look.

Actual Construction : The side patio is completed.  Note the sliding doors from the home have not yet been installed.  They have not yet remodeled the front door area.

New Construction or Remodeling : See your preferred window styles and fireplace materials. Try out different floor materials and colors, drapery colors or blinds, and wall paint colors. See furniture in place to decide if the area is large enough for your planned use.

Baths & Kitchens: Try different counter top and floor materials and color combinations.  See how your wall color choice looks with those materials.           See what that floor plan actually looks like !
