Following a consultation with you, we supply a free quote of the pricing of your project.
The quoted price will be your final rendering cost, unless you later request a change in scope of the project.  Upon your approval of the quoted pricing, we then begin your vision.

Below is an example of an indoor project showing the typical process to create your 3D computer rendering :

-We begin by "building" your walls according to the dimensions of your existing site
     or according to your changes desired, or new construction specs
-We then "install" any cabinets, fireplaces, appliances, etc.- things that would be installed
      in a fixed position in your project
-We supply a draft view of the layout as 3D pictures.
     These will not yet be 'decorated' as to your ideas of coloring, flooring, counters, etc
-You approve or select changes to the layout.
     If you would like to see something changed, we make revisions and resend you a draft.                     Generally 1 draft layout revision is included in the pricing with each project.
-Following your approval, we then begin 'decorating' your rooms or area with paint, flooring,
      counter  tops, etc
           Based on our earlier discussion of your likes and ideas. 
                  Generally the same things you'd do if you were actually building the site
-Depending on your project needs, we also can add lighting and furnishings 

Of course, no project is "typical".  If your needs require a different approach, Vision by Design can adjust to your situation.

When your 3D rendering project is complete:

• The final 3D computer rendered pictures will be printed on 4x6 photo quality paper.
• These pictures will include views of all areas you are changing.
  
• We can supply larger picture sizes for a slight additional fee.
  
• Payment in full is due at the time of delivery of your final 3D rendering pictures
        method of payment is by cash or check

If needed, we can even create an animated walk-thru !
